Stock Finance

Cera Finance House will agree to raise funding to purchase an agreed amount of stock and immediately sell it to the company at the same price on credit terms.

The transaction is normally for a period of up to 90 days and is evidenced by a bill of exchange drawn by Cera Finance House on the company.

The bill is presented for payment at the agreed maturity date and the payment closes the deal.
 
Cera Finance House will consider proposals of all types and sizes of businesses who have a need of temporary and occasional finance.

Transaction size should be between £50,000 - £400,000  Other size deals.
